Carolina Masri Hijaz
Co-Founder and Operations Director
Carolina is an accomplished leader recognized nationally and locally for her influence. She was named by People Magazine as one of the Top 25 Most Powerful Women in the United States (2015) and honored by Crain’s Cleveland Business for her nonprofit leadership. She continues to serve her community through board roles with BVU (Business Volunteers Unlimited) and Goods Bank NEO, advocating for collaboration, sustainability, and those in need.
At ZORA Living, Carolina blends her love of hospitality with her passion for design, creating spaces that feel both polished and personal. Known for her warmth, organization, and eye for detail, she ensures every project is beautifully executed and thoughtfully styled. Her people-first approach allows her to craft inviting environments that leave a lasting impression, whether it’s staging a property to sell quickly or restyling a family’s home to elevate everyday living.
Born and raised in Venezuela to a Lebanese father and Argentinean mother, Carolina is fluent in Spanish, Arabic, and English. Outside of her work, she finds joy traveling and being with friends and family.

Hello! Lovely to meet you – I’m Dana,
Born and raised in Dubai, Dana holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing and Advertising from the American University of Dubai. Her path has taken her from Dubai to Canada and now the United States, giving her a global perspective and an appreciation for the way culture and lifestyle shape design.
An entrepreneur from a young age, Dana has built and managed successful businesses, including her own permanent makeup studio. Alongside her career, she is a proud mom of two and a dedicated wife, balancing the responsibilities of family life with her drive to create and grow. Dana believes that being both a businesswoman and a mother has shaped her into someone who values harmony, resilience, and the meaning of home in a profound way.
Dana believes that design goes beyond aesthetics, it’s about creating an environment that reflects values, nurtures connection, and elevates everyday living. Her vision for Zora Living stems from a lifelong love for creating beautiful spaces that tell a story. Dana believes every home should feel elegant, welcoming, and deeply connected to the people who live in it. Through Zora Living, she helps others bring that vision to life, crafting environments that are not only stunning but also meaningful.
